It’s the first dive of your Advanced Open Water Diver Course, and you find a plastic cap on the bottom. You decide to take it off the water to dispose of it properly. That’s great! But there’s more. What if you could add that cap to the largest marine debris world database? This information would help in driving conservation efforts all over the world. That’s what you learn during our Dive Against Debris® Specialty Diver Course. You’ll get prepared to be part of the largest marine debris survey worldwide.
Another aspect of being environmentally friendly is to be a passive observer as much as possible during any dive, and what’s better than a perfect buoyancy control to achieve that? During the first dive of your Advanced Open Water Diver Course, you’ll get extra training focused on enhancing your buoyancy control. You’ll complete the Peak Performance Buoyancy Specialty Diver Course on the third day of your diving activity, the same day you submit your first Dive Against Debris® survey.

High-Quality Equipment & Facilities
Scuba diving equipment allows you to visit the underwater world by making it possible to breathe, see, and move comfortably while below the surface. It is important that all our equipment including our compressors are fully maintained and regularly checked for both your comfort and your safety. We want to make sure that you are fully comfortable and confident with our equipment. To help, we offer opportunities to practice in our on-site pool, or we provide refresher classes for experienced divers who haven't been in the ocean for a while.
Environmental Responsibility
At our center, we take this responsibility seriously. We are proud members of Green Finns and PADI Aware ambassadors. In addition, we collaborate with the Saving Our Sharks Foundation and run our own Ambassadors Del Mar initiative. This initiative is focused on providing children and fishermen on the island with the opportunity to learn about conservation and diving.
